check速度極慢！！！ 並且我話cash deposit 仲要中途換人 個女仔話吾識做！！！中途換了一位男職員叫Ryan 他很快給我辦理入住 But當我拿了房卡進房間才發現間房housekeeping並未開始清理🧹 十分無奈😮💨⋯⋯幸好不是double check in！ 之後退房 又是一名黑人女孩幫我退房 兩百cash等了快25分鐘。我就不明白check out這個動作怎麼可以這麼慢！ 要是在亞洲早就搞定了！ 再來說到早餐 去了也是排長龍 這麼大間酒店 我覺得管理應該有點問題

your hotel is very dirty. house keeping didnt come. didnt vacuum. bugs in room. disgusting. elevators take too long. customer service takes to long. overpriced for this dated hotel. needs definite update. Stuck in the 90's. very very dirty.

The location is great, right next to the waterfall, the service is excellent, we arrived early and were given a room. The breakfast room has a great view and a rich variety of food. I recommend it.

Very satisfied. Great location and scenery. Rich breakfast and good service. Behind is the amusement park town. You can walk everywhere. You need to stay at least two nights to have fun. However, the room rate changes a lot. It is not a discount for early booking.
